Podere Grattamacco was established in 1977. Located on top of a hill overlooking the sea between Castagneto Carducci and Bolgheri at 100-200 meters above sea level, the estate is situated in an area particularly suitable for the production of great red wines. Its location allows the estate to benefit from a dry, mild climate, with significant temperature variations especially towards the end of summer. The company extends over an area of 80 hectares, of which 29 are planted with vineyards and 4 with olive groves, while the remaining area is covered by a large wooded area.

Easily accessible via a beautiful panoramic dirt road with breathtaking views of the crops lying on the plain below, the sea on the horizon, and the gentle Tuscan hills behind.
